Rick and Jen arrived on time. Surveyed the areas and started the works for our whole house carpet cleaning. Everything Rick and Jen did were very precise and thorough. They are both very professional and respectful. They have their masks on and booties too. After the work is done Rick even spent time to explain to me the drying time and what not to do on the carpets while drying. He even provided free extra booties for us. No hidden costs. Extremely satisfied! They came early worked hard and well, entire exterior cleaning, windows inside and out, and carpets and couches all done in a few hours and for a very reasonable price.
